The Continuing Education Center organizes a workshop on etiquette and protocol for new employees

The Continuing Education Center at Imam Al-Adham University College held a workshop titled “Etiquette and Protocol” on Thursday, 5th December, 2024, specifically for new employees. The workshop was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al-Jaf, the center’s director. The goal of this workshop is to enhance employees’ skills in formal and professional interactions, presenting a positive image that highlights and strengthens professionalism in the workplace. The workshop covered the fundamentals of etiquette in dealing with colleagues and clients, as well as the rules of protocol in official events and meetings.
