A Scientific Discussion

On Sunday, 21th July, 2024, the public defense of the master’s thesis of the student (Aya Najim Mahmoud), in the Department of Arabic Language, was held. The discussion took place in the hall of Dr. Makki Al-Kubaisi (may Allah have mercy on him) in the Al-Sab’ Abkar building. The title of her thesis was (The Linguistic Choices of Abu ‘Asim Al-Asfandari (d. 698 AH) in his book (Al-Muqtabas fi Tawdih Ma Altabas)). After a thorough discussion of the thesis and its contents by the esteemed members, the thesis was accepted with a satisfactory grade.
